Generators of Houston always does a great job. We purchased our generator from them in 2021 and they do our maintenance for us twice a year. Hans Albassam just came out recently for routine maintenance and did a great job. Professional and thorough. They make sure our generator is always ready!!

Jason arrived today within the time frame given. He was very nice & very professional. I liked that he gave me a heads up before loosing power for a short period of time. After checking my generator I received a copy of his check-off list which I really appreciated since I keep files on everything. My generator was installed in 2024 so before he left I had questions about checking & adding oil in case I ever needed to do it myself. Even though he had completed the service, he kindly took me to the generator & refreshed my memory on the whole procedure. I now feel comfortable doing that if/when the time comes. Thank you Jason!

I’ve been experiencing such poor service at generator companies until I called this one. They made the appointment and did everything they promised when they said they would. Hans was excellent! The women in the phone, Kiani and Alicia were excellent! Thank you, Generators of Houston!

Jason was very professional and polite. I don’t know anything about the workings of my generator but Jason made sure I was comfortable with the service he provided. I am on the water with lots of salt water and expressed concern and Jason explained to me there was not enough rust to be concerned about. He made me feel very safe about my generator. You are lucky to have an employee like him to represent your product.

Our service technician, Jason Brown, was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job of diagnosing our problem and explaining it in an understandable way. He was a delight to deal with. We were extremely satisfied with the visit.
