Holiday World RV

I went to accompany my Brother-in-law while he looked at a slide in camper for his pickup truck. We stoped at Holiday World to see if they have what he wants. I asked him to not mention that my Wife and I are thinking about getting a camper van some time soon. While we were looking in show room, sales person Rachel asked us if she could help us. My brother-in-law told what he was looking for and said that my Wife and I was going to be looking to by a camper van. I told Rachel that we have not looked yet and not shure what my Wife and I will be getting. Rachel said they just got a used van that came in that looks brand new if I want to see it. I said O.K. and the van was in really good condition. I said my Wife would need to see it also. Rachel said no worries, we can drive to my home and let my Wife see it. This was unexpected service. We loved it and ended up making a deal and bought the van. Rachel and all employees at Holiday World have been great! There was a few minor issues that have been taken car of. Brandon in service has been great And technicians have been helpful answering questions about operating devices in the van. Friendly and helpful staff. I recommend Holiday World with excellent service, if your looking to buy an R.V. picture attached!

We had a really good experience. We saw them at the RV show and followed up at the dealership. Rachel Simmons was our sales agent and was great to work with. She knows the Airstream product extremely well. Didn't feel pressured and was able to work a couple options before buying. They took us through everything at checkout. Would absolutely recommend them.

This week I had the pleasure of purchasing a Tiffin Wayfarer Class C Rv at Holiday World in Katy, Tx. I say pleasure because it truly was. From the minute my wife and I walked through the door we were met with a smile and a chocolate cookie. We were directed to Frank Wadda who demonstrated his experience and knowledge over a wide range of motor homes. When we decided on the perfect coach for us, Frank went beyond all expectations and helped us settle on a fair price for the coach that was a win-win. Then we met with Justin in management to finalize the deal and off we went to Larry in finance. Another issue free discussion took place as we were informed on the various, reasonable priced warranties they had available to give us peace of mind in the future travels. We will be picking up the coach today and were told they would do a multi point inspection and make whole any issues they would find so when we left the location we would be driving a coach ready for any trip we desired to take. We also were introduced to Terri in the parts department who made solid suggestions on accessories we should consider getting for the coach. In summary, the experience we had in this purchase is one that was more like an interaction between friends and not what is sometimes considered a dreaded vehicle purchase. The inventory was extensive and the sales folks, the management, finance and parts personnel did an outstanding job of making us feel welcome and giving us a fair deal in a relaxed, friendly environment with highly experienced and personable staff. We found a gem of a 1yr old 5th wheel here at a great price. Negotations were straight forward. Vicki, our sales person, stuck with us through delivery. Terri in the store was easy to work with and very helpful at all times. Rafael in service was great in teaching is how to use the hitch they installed for us. We'll be back when/if we upgrade/replace our unit.

We just purchased a 2026 Renegade XL, very happy with the service at Holiday World of Katy. JJ was able to put together the deal before we even saw the RV. We arrived to purchase and he made sure all was in order and directed all the right people to assist us in figuring out all of the units features. Ryan did our walkthrough and did an amazing job, answered all of our questions. He offered to check on us the next morning for any additional questions which we had a few and he was able to answer them all We spent the night in the camping area that they offer on site, JJ even took us to get a few groceries as we only had the RV to travel.
