Larry at Holiday World of Willis was absolutely wonderful! He was incredibly thorough, informative, kind, and patient while answering all of our questions. We really appreciated that he never made us feel pressured to make any immediate decisions and genuinely cared about keeping us updated with new information. His professionalism and customer service were top-notch. We highly recommend working with Larry!

We did not buy a camper. Only cause there wasn’t one that peaked our interest. However i would highly recommend Hunter Durell. He took the time listened to everything we wanted and showed us a handful of nice campers that lined with what we wanted. If you want a straight shooter and good guy. Give him a call!!!

We worked with Rick and Matt in sales. They were both Very knowledgeable, straight forward and maintained Great communication. No hidden fees on the sale. Brandon in parts really went the extra mile to help us. We had a third party inspection and they took care of every little thing the inspector found before we picked up the RV.

We recently purchased a new motorhome here and Chad was an instrumental part of the process. He took time to listen to what we hoped to get as far as layout, finishes, towing capability, and more. He followed up regularly with new and used options that might suit our needs and provided a ton of detail as to why he thought each one would be a good fit for our particular situation. He was never pushy or overly communicative but was very knowledgeable, down to Earth, and truly cared about our shopping experience. We trusted his expertise and his honesty and we made the best choice for our needs as a result of his dedication. Once we selected a unit, we worked with Daniel in finance who was also an expert in his field and took great care of us to make sure our situation was understood and our needs were met with regard to budget expectations. We highly recommend this team if you are in the market for a motorhome or camper! Thanks guys!!!

I rarely leave reviews but I really believe I need to review my recent experience with Holiday World Willis. I have read many of the very negative reviews about their customer service and, honestly, they made me a little nervous about buying from them. But, I really liked my salesman (Chad) who I met at the Houston RV show and, since Holiday World was the only dealer that actually had in stock the RV I wanted to buy, I nervously signed the contract. My experiences since then have been fantastic in every respect. Dan, my finance guy, was super helpful and really worked to get me the best deal possible. Closing was timely and he was super informative. He explained all the aftermarket options I could purchase but did NOT push me to buy them. Dorothy in parts has been super helpful all along the way. She recommended things I could do to upgrade my RV but never pushed. Again, she was always ready to help me with questions and always went above and beyond -- even helping me in areas that are way outside her area of responsibility. Finally, Mikey and Tater in service have been absolutely Johnny on the Spot. Super responsive and super helpful. Dan, my finance guy, explained that they have read and are very aware of the negative reviews about their dealership. They have made a very targeted effort to get better and, at least in my experience, they have done this. I don't know if everyone will have the same great experience I have had so far (and if that changes I will update), but so far I have nothing but praise for every aspect of my transaction and I an very grateful to all of them. So, even though they have been beat up pretty good on this site, I honestly think they have listened and have improved. So, I am a very happy and satisfied customer.
