Hello Sugar Tanglewood

This was my first time at Hello Sugar. It was a great experience Shakira was great, explained everything and we had a good conversation during my session. I signed up for the membership which actually a good deal!!!

Yesterday (5/9/26) was my first time at "HELLO SUGAR" & BRITTANY at the "Tanglewood" location was AMAZING 🩷🤗 She was very gentle & talked me through every step. She even mentioned all the other products & services available. I WILL BE BACK IN JUNE TO SEE BRITTANY.

I had such a great experience with Britney at Hello Sugar! She was incredibly kind, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable during my Brazilian wax service. Her knowledge and confidence really stood out-she explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. The establishment itself was spotless and had such a welcoming atmosphere. Totally unprofessional. Had an appointment booked for 12:30 and was instructed to arrive early. I waited for 40 minutes before I ever saw anyone’s face. I approached the woman and asked if she was Shakira (the woman supposed to do my waxing). I told her I had an appointment for 12:30 and she told me “no it said you cancelled”. I showed her my phone where it clearly said I never cancelled and I even “checked in” for my appointment. She brought me to her computer where she attempted to show me that it said my appointment was cancelled but instead it said I was still scheduled and I had arrived. Even though it was clear I had an appointment she still said “I’m sorry my shift is over, someone else is supposed to show at 2”. I never got my upper lip waxed and I will not be returning.
