Erin made me feel very comfortable for the service I had done today. She also provided a lot of useful information for maintenance and aftercare. The place itself is cozy and welcoming with friendly staff. Will definitely go back!

The service was amazing. The person who did my wax was extremely gentle and genuine. She kept asking if I was ok. Even walked me through the steps of everything. Informed me of everything she was putting on. The vibes were great and relaxing. Definitely plan on getting a membership soon.

This was my first time at Hello Sugar and it was a great experience. Checking in was simple, the waiting area was so comfy and clean, the staff is very welcoming. Alexis did a fantastic job! She made me feel very comfortable and explained everything clearly as she worked. She was so helpful when I was asking about the products they offer there. I didn’t feel obligated to purchase anything although I did! I will definitely be back. Thank you so much Alexis!
