The atmosphere was great when I arrived I was immediately greeted by beautiful smiles! As soon as I checked in (emerald) was ready for me :). This was my first time ever getting waxed so I was a bit nervous but she walked me through everything and talked with me while getting waxed which helped out a lot! And they have a 1st time promotion which I thought was amazing especially it being my first time and not knowing what to expect but overall it was a great experience definitely would recommend this place and will definitely be going back! :)

the whole experience was a 10 across the board. This was my first time EVER doing a wax/ sugaring, so to say I was "fragile" was an understatement. But from the time i entered to the time I left, i honestly feel like this is what heaven (girls only) should feel like. The music.... TOP TIER! it wasn't any elevator, spa music. they were jamming!! everybody loves a good playlist. Then Carlene... girl..... we are besties you hear me. she walked me through the process, was as gentle ( as she could be) and we literally laughed and yapped the whole appointment. it was amazing!! it is hidden between some buildings, but once you get in there, just know you and yo pearl are in great hands! thank you to all the ladies who work there, y'all were so awesome! 10 out of 10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

This was my first time at Hello Sugar and it was a great experience. Checking in was simple, the waiting area was so comfy and clean, the staff is very welcoming. Alexis did a fantastic job! She made me feel very comfortable and explained everything clearly as she worked. She was so helpful when I was asking about the products they offer there. I didn’t feel obligated to purchase anything although I did! I will definitely be back. Thank you so much Alexis!

My first appointment was with Sistina, I felt 100% at ease. She talked me through the whole appointment, was very knowledgeable about the products, promotions/memberships, and aftercare. Usually my waxing appointments are extremely painful but she made it fast and less painful. Definitely recommended. I am extremely pleased with the results of my Brazilian wax. Everything you look for in a waxing service, cleanliness, friendly, knowledgeable, less painful experience, through, and fast.
