This is now my go-to equipment rental place. I rented a forklift and everything was handled professionally. Raed, the owner, was very helpful and made sure I got the right forklift for the job. The girl at the store was extremely polite and professional as well. They delivered the next day exactly on time, and the whole process was smooth and efficient. Prices were reasonable and fair. Halfway through my job the forklift ran out of gas, and they responded quickly and replaced it for me—no arguments, no delays. Excellent service and dependable equipment. Highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience with Equipment Rental of America! The equipment was in perfect condition, clean, and worked flawlessly throughout my project. The staff was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Pickup and return were quick and hassle-free. I’ll definitely be renting from them again—highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable equipment and great service!

They were Amazing, Above and Beyond to help me Help Needy Children supporting my Spring Food, Diaper, & Storm Relief Drive. We had to move a UNITS storage container from one end to the other as shown in the pictures 🙏🙌🏻💪🏻👏🏻💯❤️

I recently rented a forklift and was thoroughly impressed by both the men who worked here and their impeccable service. The attentive and knowledgeable staff ensured an easy rental. I called more than 7 times to ask questions in regards to the rental and each time they answered happily and nice. They delivered same day within the hour of the rental contract signing. Truly amazing service. Honestly, a memorable and excellent experience. I can’t recommend this place enough for a fantastic experience.

It's not often that you find the best customer service and the best pricing in the same place, but Equipment Rentals of America absolutely nailed it in both categories Our shop needed to rent a scissor lift to install a fan. We checked with all the big name knuckleheads in the area, but I'm really thankful we decided to call Equipment Rentals of America When it was all said and done, they rented us a brand new lift that was bigger and better than what we needed for the same or better price everyone else was asking on smaller lifts, *and* their charge for delivery and pickup was half of what the other guys quoted Hayley in the office was the absolute best! Every time I called or emailed, she was friendly, quick and super helpful. We had an issue where our insurer was dragging their feet adding coverage for the rental and Hayley went ahead and got us set up for delivery on our desired schedule. Fortunately, the paperwork came through just in time, but it was awesome of her to accommodate us Delivery and pick up was awesome as well! Our technician arrived at the shop with the lift exactly on time, unloaded it and handed it over in a matter of minutes, and pick up went just as smoothly. And despite the early hour for both, he was super friendly and helpful Our shop will definitely be using Equipment Rentals of America for our future business, and I will recommend them to anyone else looking to rent this type of equipment
