Hearth & Home Chimney Sweep

Great service from Texas Family Chimney Care! Took over an older home, needing lots of repairs. We wanted our chimney to be in working conditions for the winter since our central a/c-heater is currently out. From the start, communication was excellent. They gave me an ETA of arrival time and were on time. They did an inspection and were able to provide me with pictures before and after. Mecha was very knowledgeable and was able to give me great tips on how and what to use for the chimney. The crew was able to deep clean, repair the cracks, do a crown repair and waterproof, and install a cap all within a very good price and a good time range! Thank so much for everything! Definitely great experience!

Cannot say enough positive comments on the service received. From the courteous and efficient, and prompt scheduling of my appointment, to keeping me updated on arrival, to the thorough, efficient and professional inspection and repair. Mecah and Yo-yo were great. They performed the inspection, made the repairs and then patiently worked with me to ensure the gas logs were perfectly rearranged to my satisfaction. They vacuumed the logs and hearth to remove all soot. They also had me test the flue mechanism and light the logs to make sure everything operated properly. WHAT A FIND!!!

Mesha and his crew were great! They waterproofed the surround of the chimney area and replaced the chimney cap. They deep cleaned the chimney which I don't think has ever been done in my 50 year old home. They fixed the lever on the damper. They replaced the fireplace screen. Everything was done quickly and at a good price. They protected the floor and surrounding areas every time they worked inside and they made sure the doors and gates were closed every time they came in and out so my dog wouldn't escape. I truly appreciate the care they took with regards to my home and pets. Thank you Texas Family Chimney!

Fantastic, friendly service, did a great job in a minimal amount of time. I called them out to get a quote on replacing my gas fireplace, and they talked me out of that by showing me that my current unit was already great for my needs and, after a good cleaning, was in perfect working order.
