Working with Hardwod Bargains and specifically Nabeel on our hardwood flooring order was honestly a breath of fresh air. From day one, he responded immediately, got samples out right away, and actually followed up without me having to chase him down (which, if you’ve ever managed a remodel, you know is basically a miracle). The ordering process was smooth, shipping was efficient, and the communication stayed excellent the entire time. I truly appreciated the professionalism and responsiveness… we’ll absolutely be using them again. Highly recommend.

We bought our engineered hardwood from Hardwood Bargains and love them! Nabeel was incredibly helpful and patient with us as we determined which floors were best for us. He also went above and beyond for us when we had excess supplies we needed to return. We would definitely recommend Hardwood Bargains as they not only have great prices but also amazing customer service. If at the Houston location, ask for Nabeel! I ordered 2 cases of luxewall soundproof wall covering, to build a barn door for a theatre room. Nabeel did an excellent job with helping me through the order and delivery process. The materials were delivered 3 days early, and were in perfect condition. I certainly made the right decision in ordering this product from Hardwood Bargains.
