Group 1 Used Car Dealer

The day before driving to Group 1 Automotive, I was about to buy the same vehicle, a year less than the one we bought. The next day, we drove, two and a half hours to see the truck we were interested in, a 2025 GMC Sierra 1500 SLT for a lesser price. We were met by a very knowledgeable and professional sales consultant, Christopher Torres. We said yes and after all said and done, we saved alot, our drive was well worth it. For sure, we will be talking with Mr. Torres on our next vehicle purchase. Thank you to the entire staff who made our ordeal a pleasant and exciting day.

This was easily the best experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle. Everyone was a joy to talk to and to finally meet in person. Jonathan was very kind, informative, and communicated very well. He went over and beyond to make sure I knew everything about my vehicle and was fully set up before leaving the lot. David was also incredible and did a great job explaining what would be best to add for additional coverage, always having our best interests in mind without being pushy in any way. He also has the best stories and a great sense of humor. We live 5 hours away from this dealership, but I told my husband we will be making the drive back next time we look to make another purchase. These guys are great at what they do and I strongly recommend this group.

Juan gave us outstanding service in helping us choose and purchase my daughter’s new 2026 GMC Sierra. He was incredibly helpful, spoke Spanish, and made the entire process easy to understand. I've been very pleased with the service I receive at Mercedes-Benz of Hanover. There is a great crew in the service department, and if you ever have a problem or issue, the service advisors (especially Ryan) will do what it takes to make you happy. The Service Director Adiel also makes himself accessible as needed to ensure you are happy with the service you receive.

I am so very grateful for the Service I've received at Sterling McCall Toyota. Hanna is my Service Advisor and she has been outstanding! Her consultative skills are awesome. Her listening skills are solid. Her time management skills are perfect. I have been coming to this location since my first brand new Toyota 4 Runner. I got another new one in 2015 and worked hard to keep it in good condition with the help of Sterling McCall!
