Derek was SUPER helpful and amazing to buy from! My husband and I went in with our budget, and what we were looking for and he helped us test drive and never pushed us for anything we didn’t want. He even understood our financial budget and Jessica helped with cost/down payment as well. We left & came back the same day after talking things over and he was right there ready to help us as before with exactly what we needed. 10/10 great service with him and highly suggest his care!

I purchased a rav 4 at the Fortbend dealership. They said it would arrive in 2 to 3 days. They contacted me to come out to finalize paperwork all is ready I responded great car is in, no car is not in but will be tomorrow. I told them fine see you tomorrow. This occurred 2 more times until I was informed for sure the car will be here Saturday. I made changes with my insurance to be cancelled at midnight Saturday and for the new car to have insurance Saturday morning. I call my sales rep to ask if I could come early and oh yes you can. Before I hung up I said my car is there right. Oh no it's not it takes a long time to do a transport. I responded were you even going to tell me and do you even know the problem you have caused. I have no insurance on my car as of midnight tonight. I also am paying insurance on a car I don't have. His response was no problem it's ok just call your insurance company. I said it's no problem for you the one who caused this issue but it is for me. At this point being told that all is ready on 3 occasions only to find out ... only when I asked , it was not I called Dennison at Toyota group 1 southwest Houston. I asked him if I could cancel the order and come buy a car from him. He said yes and the rest is history. I'm a new owner of a Toyota 4 runner hybrid TRD off road premium and love it!!! On a side note while I was trying to make a deal with fortbend the sales rep kept messing around with the sales game to the point that I was walking out. The way I know Dennison is I called him during this time. The fortbend salesman realized this and stopped playing games and I made a deal. Which I cancelled because the game playing is all fortbend was capable of doing Thank you Dennison Rivera for you professional way of handling a sale and treating customers!
