98% of the arcade games are out of order. Overpriced for 3 bouncy houses 🤷🏼‍♀️ restrooms are extremely dirty. We’ve been twice for birthday parties but probably won’t return.

I had a host named Shelby and she was ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL she was so nice and did her job amazingly can’t wait to come back she should honestly run the whole place

I had my son's 5th birthday party there, and it was amazing. The staff was very attentive and timely. I provided the extra decorations in the photos (bought at Dollar Tree), but I just dropped them off a few days before the party, and they took care of the rest! I just showed up and enjoyed my son's party.

We had my daughters 5th birthday party at Zero Gravity and it was amazing. The staff are very accommodating and helpful. The place was clean and the kids had a blast!

It was a very mid experience, not worth the price. There's not much variety to the bounce houses, but they are spacious. A lot of them are very badly patched, inside and out. Luckily my kid is young so he was happy with anything. Service by the staff was good and friendly. I wouldn't see myself coming back. Overpriced for jumping on budget bounce houses. Update: Never mind, my kid didn't enjoy it. He preferred to have his party at home, "it's more fun that way".
