I’m beyond frustrated with the experience I’ve had regarding warranty repairs for a trailer I bought only a few months ago. A brand-new trailer shouldn’t already be giving me problems, yet here we are. I took one trip to drop off the trailer, only to be told it would take 1–2 weeks just to get approval from the manufacturer. Weeks went by with zero updates, so I picked it up myself because nothing was happening. Another week later—three weeks total—the repair was finally approved. After completely unloading all my landscaping equipment, I took the trailer back to Nationwide for the approved repairs. Then another three weeks went by and still nothing was done. Turns out the manufacturer sent the wrong door spring, and apparently, I just had to wait until they “felt like” sending the correct one. This whole process has been a complete waste of time, gas, and patience. It’s unacceptable. Buying a trailer through Nationwide was easy—Megan was great—but when it comes to service and warranty work, the company completely drops the ball. There are plenty of other trailer companies out there, and with service like this, I honestly regret choosing this one.

Without a doubt the best place to stop for all of your trailer needs. I had the pleasure of dealing with Mrs. Colby in parts… she is top tier! I needed 9 new tires for my gooseneck and she took care of me quickly! Nationwide is the best in the business. It’s because of her customer service specifically, Nationwide has earned all of my future business.

These folks are great! Went in with an idea and came out so much better informed. They talked to us about products and PJ’s did it for us! Jason in Sales was wonderful and helped us every step of the way. These folks are helpful and take their time. If you need a trailer or service call these guys. They won’t do you wrong!!!

7 years ago I bought my trailer in this location and they were awesome. Today I need some parts and it is a shame the poor service they have. The guy made me wait for 40+ minutes just to get my payment processed. I want to be specific so management knows who I’m talking about. While the gentleman working nearby was professional, the young Latino at the front counter gave me the worst service I’ve ever had. He was incredibly lazy, I was able to see him walking around with his phone doing nothing and acting like I was a burden. I came in ready to spend money on parts I didn't even need yet, and he treated me with total contempt.

11-18-2025 Awesome customer service. Gerson V. Is amazing in service department. He is great. Helped me out. Quick turnaround time. Hotshotter. Highly recommend to come get your trailer service. Colby (service manger) and Vincent (service tech) were the best. Helped me out on my trailer electric problem. Right trailer light wasn’t working.
