If I could give negative stars I would. I took my 2017 Infiniti QX30 to have the alternator replaced, and initially things were ok. However, when I went to pick up my car I was told that the coolant started leaking when they put the car back together. Well, it was not leaking when I brought it in, so SOMETHING you DID has caused the leak. They proceeded to tell me that although it happened while putting the car back together, they were not responsible, and would not fix it without me paying them another huge cost. Mind you, the quoted cost of a "Remanufactured" part was over $1,000 for an ALTERNATOR a new part was twice that (not including the labor) !!!!! Now I have a coolant leak that mysteriously appeared. I KNOW Goodyear is a great company, however I would STAY CLEAR of this location. They are NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL and will not make good on THEIR mistakes. UPDATE!!! Thank you GOODYEAR!!!! They fixed my car and the service was great!!!

I work for Lyft so they're the only ones that have my tires. I went to a different location and they told me I had to go to them. I knew that they weren't going to fix both of my tires and here I am with my tire gauge yet again a slow leak in the tire that the other location had told them was wrong with my tire. Is this why? I didn't want to go to them because I don't like that location never have but unfortunately they're the only ones that have my tires. I don't understand why all the good years that I'm supposed to go to why they don't have my tires. Why am I still going to this one location? They're not going to do it. I'm not going back there. I'll keep refilling my tire or I'll turn my car into Lyft because honestly I'm tired of wasting my time. The other Goodyear location told them it was the driver last tire and the passenger rear right tire and here we go. Here's the picture how they failed to do the job. As soon as I drove off the lot within a couple hours, it was already losing air. I really do not want to go with seeing my time to go over there so that's why I still have not sent it. I just keep refilling the tire cuz it's not worth my time! Time is money and just like Lyft they want to waste my time and my money.

9/12/25 I brought my 2004 GMC serria just for an oil change almost at the end of the day. The mechanic T.K. pointed out my front end on my vehicle need to be fixed...so I told them I want to fixed it.. the two guys at the front desk tried to order all the parts but they did get some order and the rest the next morning..shop call me 10:30 am 9/13/25 drop it off remember I just showed up no call before, no schedule appointment nothing..the mechanic T.K. did all around awesome job he worked on my truck mostly of the day. It was 4 obstacle T.K. faced to not get the truck finished that day we talked back and forth couple of times. T.K. stop in the middle of the job and went got more parts he needed himself and came back and finished the job even than nothing could stop him from finished he had it in his mind I'm going to finished so this guy truck so I could get back on the road I travel alot. T.K. call me after the shop closed he suppose to went home not T.K. your truck ready...THIS WHAT MAKE A GREAT MECHANIC SHOP and GREAT MECHANICS stuff like this T.K. is the super man of mechanic I travel alot not 1 shop out there perform like this. I'm mind blown and impressed what T.K. did he is a bad man unstoppable, unbeaten incredible personality. What more you could asked for all this wasn't schedule at all T.K. don't stop man keep doing what you doing not a whole lot mechanic and mechanic shops perform well like this.. last minute order parts, nothing scheduled. I thank you T.K. for everything you have done. I'm happy, I'm satisfied. My truck drive way better than it did before. ALL TO THANKS T.K. HANDS DOWN NOTHING OUT THERE LIKE T.K. YOUNG GUY WELL GROUNDED IT AND HE KNOWS WHAT HE'S TALKING ABOUT...WORDS REALLY CANT BE PUT IN PLACE WHAT THE OUT COME HAS CAME ABOUT.. T.K. HAS A FOREVER CUSTOMER, THE SHOP HAS A FAVORABLE CUSTOMER THAMK YOU T.K. MAN I REALLY REALLY APPRECIATE THE WORK.YOU HAVE DONE 10 OUT OF 10 ON EVERYTHING

I have to say that Mario & his crew are just awesome!! I stopped by to have the air pressure checked as the low pressure light had come on. Mario quickly dispatched one of the guys to check it out. As the tires were being checked and filled with air one of the tires was found with a screw. Mario told me that it would be taken care of as soon as he could get to it. Understandably on a Saturday I didn't expect to get it done quickly but they pulled through. Much appreciated gentlemen!! I highly recomend taking your vehicle to this location for any and all your car care needs.

Great customer service! Kevin and the late afternoon crew were able to accommodate my emergency nail in my tire incident, on a walk in bases. That's great service. Thank you.
