From the moment I walked into Houston Rosehill to the day my golf cart was delivered, the experience was outstanding. Everything was smooth, easy, and fair — no pressure, just great customer service. Special shoutout to Spencer for being extremely helpful, fair, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. He made everything simple and stress-free. I’m very pleased with my experience and would fully recommend Houston Rosehill to anyone looking for a golf cart.

I had a very disappointing experience with this golf car business. I paid cash for a 2025 Denago golf cart and later realized I was overcharged, along with half of the touch screen never working. When I returned simply to ask for a copy of my receipt and clarification on the price, the situation escalated unnecessarily. The manager became hostile and aggressive, raising his voice at me in front of my daughter. Instead of addressing my questions professionally, he threatened to call the police for no valid reason and told me not to return if I had further questions. This interaction was shocking, unprofessional, and felt racially motivated based on how I was treated compared to a reasonable customer inquiry. Not to mention, I’m a 5’1 and 130 pound female, and at no point did I raise my voice or act aggressively. The entire incident was captured on video, including him yelling and making threats. He also threatened to sue me for recording for my safety. No customer—especially a paying customer asking for basic documentation—should ever be treated this way. I would strongly caution others to be careful doing business here, particularly when you’re a person of color, and to expect poor customer service and intimidation if issues arise.

We had an excellent experience with Golf Cars of Houston! Spencer (our sales rep) and John (the manager) were both amazing to work with—honest, kind, and focused on making sure all of our needs were met. They offered us a great deal, delivered our golf car the same day at no charge, and even scheduled to come back next week to install the light kit since it wasn’t in stock. Truly top-notch service and customer care! Highly recommend Spencer, John, and the team.
