Wow, I couldn't believe how pricey it was when I contacted Glass Doctor for window replacements! Tony Sylvia came over and gave me an estimate of $9500. Outrageous! So, I decided to reach out to two other companies. Surprisingly, they provided me with the exact same description: tampered, tinted, and insulated windows in a sleek gray color, all made of aluminum. And the best part? Their estimates were significantly lower than Glass Doctor's! The second company quoted me $3200, while the third one went slightly higher at $3720. However, I have to give credit to Glass Doctor for being the only company that actually showed up and provided me with an estimate within two days. Plus, they didn't charge me for it, which was a nice gesture. Unfortunately, their pricing just didn't seem reasonable compared to the other options I had explored..

I'm really pleased with Glass Doctor of Houston. I called them on a Friday and they came out the same day. They returned in a week with my new glass table topper. The glass looks fantastic and Rudy was polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. We'll recommend Glass Doctor to friends.

Excellent customer service. Glass came in quicker than anticipated and my technician, Milly, was so kind and patient. He did a great job repairing a broken window. Would highly recommend for window repair for professional and quick repair!
