I made an early morning appointment here specifically to avoid the crowds for a regular scheduled service and state inspection. The check-in process was smooth, and I was originally quoted a completion time of 9:15 AM, so I decided to wait in the lobby. The waiting area is decent; the coffee machine is nice and it’s great that they have bottled water available. However, the snack selection is pretty disappointing—just crackers. I miss the days when service centers offered donuts or something of substance! The staff is friendly in person and tries to keep you somewhat informed on the status. Unfortunately, the communication breaks down if you try to reach out to them directly; they don't seem to reply. Ultimately, despite the 9:15 AM estimate, my car wasn't ready until past 10:30 AM. It’s a decent shop, but budget extra time if you plan on waiting.

BUYER BEWARE. Bought a car here. Classic car con artists. They will lie to you so I’d recommend tracking the below. Few things 1. Told me they could get me a certain rate (5%). They came back with payment amount and length of the loan but conveniently left out the rate... anyone who can do math can back in and calculate the rate. First option they gave me was at 9%!! I called them out on it. They came back with new numbers... surprise surprise... 8% rate... I did the math, called them out on it... we finally got to the promised 5% 2. Told me they'd get me the second key to my car and send it in the mail. I waited a few days, no key. I then called every few days. Consistently told "someone will call you back". No key. In one instance the operator said they'd "transfer me to a manager" and just hung up the phone. No key. 3. We purchased additional insurance on the drivetrain. The finance individual we worked with spelled my name wrong. I corrected them but the correction didn't flow through their system. Finance person told me to sign the documents and she would update later and send me the corrected version. Few weeks later.. still no update. UPDATE: I’ve spoken with Isreal Delcid (GM), Vic, Justin, Gilbert (manager) and a few other folks. No key and no resolution. Will cost me $600 to replace. Glad I caught the rate, which would have cost a lot more.

⭐⭐⭐ Decent Work, but Watch the Costs ​I’m giving Gillman Automotive Group three stars because while the technicians are knowledgeable and the facility is clean, the pricing for parts and labor is significantly higher than I expected. ​The service itself was professional, and the staff was courteous throughout the process. However, when I compared the quote for specific parts to other local shops, the markup at the dealership was quite steep. It feels like you're paying a premium just for the name, as the same OEM-quality parts are available elsewhere for much less.

Amazing!!! True to their word. They won't waste your time. Everyone is so nice and not pushy at all. My sales person was Z and Dino was my point of contact(Sales Director) through weeks of me being back and forth about the car. Finally purchased my vehicle yesterday! So thankful because I could not get approved anywhere else without a big down payment and these guys did it within hours. Truly amazing!! I am so beyond happy and grateful to tjem for helping get into a brand new car. This is now my to place for any vehicle. I 100% recommend.
