Everything was great! The salesman, Marvin, went above and beyond to make sure that not only was I happy but I was driving away in the car that I truly wanted! He stepped me through the entire process and made the whole stressful thing not stressful at all! Thank you Marvin! My only comment, they told me that they would run my credit and it would be a soft pull so it would not affect my credit. That was incorrect. They did a hard pull and it did affect my credit. I did not finance my vehicle so a hard pull was not needed.

I recently purchased a new 2026 GMC Acadia Denali, and I had a great experience thanks to Stephen Dommert. Was pleased how well the deal went, Rolland Boyce worked well to get me a fare and balanced transaction. Job well done and much better dealing with a small dealership vs the corporate style dealerships. Service was great and Trina was a pleasure to work with too.

First time being at this dealership. We worked with Mr. Lee. Awesome salesman. He helped us in anyway here could. I never worked with such a great salesmen at a dealership. The entire team there was wonderful. Josh was also very helpful with us. They helped us get into the vehicle we're really wanted. Thank you so much! I'll send anyone i can to this dealership! Most of the process was completed online, so when I came in, it was an easy review of the details and then signing. The one area that could be improved is the wait time upon arrival. Although most of the deal was completed online, it still took about an hour and a half before we were able to meet with the finance office. Reducing this wait time would greatly improve the experience, as less patient customers may choose to leave.
