I placed an online order at Home Depot in Bryan, Texas for a toilet on Monday 2/16 and paid additional for installation. The toilet was delivered on Wednesday 2/18 and on that same day I received a call from Same Day Water Heaters LLC (the service provider chosen by Home Depot) to schedule the install. The scheduler was cheerful and easy to understand on the phone. Thirty minutes before the scheduled appointment on Friday 2/20 I received a call from Mr. Eric Brooks (plumber) to notify me he was on the way & asked if this was still a convenient time for the install which I confirmed. Mr. Brooks arrived promptly, removed the old toilet & replaced with the new one efficiently and was very careful to leave everything nice and clean. Before leaving he emphasized that I shouldn’t hesitate to call him at his direct cell if I have any questions or concerns. The entire process from initial order, scheduling & quick install was extremely professional and seamless…zero effort on my part & worry free! I highly recommend inclusion of installation provided by Home Depot because the delivery is free and Eric Brooks with Same Day Water Heaters LLC out of Houston is a polite & professional plumber.

Eric B. did an excellent job installing my hot water heater. Very professional, answered any questions I had, and the install was completed in the same day. I got multiple quotes and they were the best price too. Definitely recommend!

This was a Rheem warranty replacement by Same Day Water Heaters. After multiple setbacks leading to this replacement, I had been without hot water for 3 weeks. Eric and Brian were great and waited to ensure I had hot water before they left, checking upstairs and downstairs faucets. Eric cleaned the aerator on one of my faucets and Brian noticed some damage to my attic stairs that I wouldn't have known needed to be repaired. I appreciated the extra effort.
