Absolutely horrible experience for me. The attorneys at Fullenweider Wilhite are either horribly incompetent or outright con artists. I’ve paid $10,000 and as my case was nearing resolution my attorney withdrew from representing me leaving me blindsided. She blames the whole thing on me saying I’m not working with her. First she blamed my husband’s attorney and now she’s blaming me. She’s left me in the most vulnerable position because now my husband has an attorney and I don’t. I can’t afford to hire another attorney because I have no more money. They have taken all of my money and left me high and dry. This is heartless! Please avoid my nightmare and don’t give one dime to these crooks!

Divorce is difficult and extremely stressful. You want a lawyer who will tirelessly advocate for her client. Haley Burnside is an extremely qualified, committed family lawyer who fought fearlessly for me during my complicated divorce. She was forthright and honest about the process and the law. She was extremely well-prepared during the hearings and mediation. She was not afraid to push back, but she was also compassionate and sensitive to the how emotionally challenging this was. In short, she went the extra mile always and I was very fortunate to have her in my corner and I would not hesitate to endorse her.

I hired this firm in 2017, finalized the divorce in 2018. My ex-husband and I had a primary residence for sale and agreed to split the significant balance of our retirement at the sale of the home rather than a withdrawal at the close of the divorce. The problem was that when the residence sold, three years later, I found my ex-husband had emptied the retirement account two months before the sale. I felt confident that an attorney could get my retirement account back since I had the divorce decree to back it up. I then learned that my Fullenweider Wilhite attorney, Michael Childs, had neglected to include a clause in the decree to prevent this, a decree written by my ex-husband’s attorney, thus allowing my ex-husband to take my retirement funds. You rely on family law attorneys to know these rules and protect you from opposing counsel acts of this nature. Financially devastated and disappointed. I do not recommend this firm.
