⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding experience at Fred Haas Toyota Country! I found an amazing price online for 2026 Toyota Tundra. I spoke with Eric Carlson to confirm that it was in stock. He was upfront, professional, and set an appointment for me to come in 30 minutes later. The truck was ready for us to test drive when we arrived. No games and no surprises. That honesty alone set the tone for a great experience.n When we arrived, Kendra Hoang took incredible care of us. She walked us through everything, went on the test drive with us, and made the entire process smooth and stress free. This was a truck purchase for my son, and Kendra made sure he felt confident and excited without any pressure. From the first phone call to the test drive, everything was transparent, respectful, and efficient. If you are looking for a dealership that actually honors their word and treats you like a person, not a transaction, ask for Eric and Kendra. We could not be happier and would absolutely recommend them to anyone buying a Toyota.

Hands down the best price, most efficient experience and best staff I have had buying a car. We went to a different dealership, test drove the vehicles we were interested and settled on the model, configuration and color combination we wanted. With other dealers, I had to do a lot of back and forth to get a very few to come down close to the price I wanted to pay but still couldn’t get any of them to give me exactly what I wanted to pay based on research and calculations I have done. Fred Haas Toyota is 130miles from where I live, but I decided to reach out just out of curiously. I said I had several offers and asked what their offer would be as I was ready to make the transaction immediately. Their first response landed exactly on the price I had in mind and it beat all other offers. I didn’t even say what price I had calculated and willing to pay and I didn’t even say what my best offers from other dealerships were. Just one response that somehow landed exactly on my number. Needless to say, I immediately made a deposit and was happy to make the trip to get her the car the next day right on time for Valentine’s Day. Ask for Bill Moore and Isaac Alimi, they have been great. These guys understand how to maximize profits through volume sales instead of squeezing as much profit out of every transaction and selling fewer cars. My next car will also be a Toyota and I will be calling Bill Moore at Fred Haas Toyota first.

Initially my buying experience was positive with my salesman Carlos. Everything following the purchase has been an absolute nightmare. Last Saturday I took my new RAV4 in to get the windows tinted as it was apart of my deal when I bought the car. It initially took two weeks to get an appointment as the woman I was calling (Andrea) never answered the phone. It was only after texting Carlos did I get a response. Following the appointment I received my vehicle back filthy with bubbled tint, and with dings in both of the front doors. After seeing that my car of only two weeks was damaged I tried calling back with no response even after leaving a message with Andrea. I called different numbers only to keep getting transferred to Andrea who never answered. Once again it was only after texting Carlos that I got another appointment scheduled. Now a week later I bring my car in. I was told the tint would be redone and the dings in my door looked at. When I went to pick up my car no one had looked at the dings, even though they had my car for five hours and I had been told it was going to be done. A service girl called Andrea on the phone, who apparently only answers calls within the dealership, got me another appointment for the dings scheduled for Friday (2/13). When inspecting my car today it ONCE AGAIN has bubbled tint in another window even worse than the first time. Again I try to call, and again I’m directed back to Andrea who doesn’t answer. At this point I regret having purchased a car from this dealership. No one has any respect for me, my time, or the investment I made. I’ve already had 3 appointments and twice now my car has been given back to me in worse shape than when I had left. If I had known that no one in the service department cares for other people’s investments I would never have gotten tint or paid for an extended warranty. I have absolutely no trust in these people touching my car and what started as something exciting has only caused me great distress and frustration and taken time out of my work. I’ve been given the run around and now I have a new car that has been damaged and I’m stuck with people who aren’t competent or decent enough to have the care to do a good job.

I had a great car buying experience with Issac at Fred Haas Toyota Country! Issac was very friendly and funny, assertive but not rude. I felt comfortable and confident working with him. After visiting a few dealerships after meeting with Issac, I noticed he didn’t try any sneaky tactics some of the other dealerships in the area tried to pull. The process was very straightforward which I appreciated. He was very enthusiastic and had a great attitude even after we couldn’t come to a deal right away. He even assisted me with getting my rental back which resulted in him walking back to the dealership! That’s the extra mile of customer service for sure. My car is so beautiful and I’m so happy I ended up purchasing from Issac at Fred Haas Toyota Country!

Great purchasing experience with Fred Hass Toyota. Great thanks to Tarek!!! He was very efficient, honest and professional throughout the car buying process. I called him in the morning, told him the car I want. He provided a very competitive offer compared to other dealers. We went there in the evening and he kept his promise. No round to round negotiations, No pressure like from other dealers, No add-ons pushed and no hidden fees. The process is super smooth. It took us less than 2 hours to complete all the paperwork and drove the car home. Thank you, Tarek! Highly recommend!!
