David visited us and explained the renovation process and the use of high-quality materials. Before hiring them, we checked social media for customer feedback on their work and saw that they are very professional and always strive to meet their clients' needs. On the day the renovation began, the team arrived early and started by moving the furniture, assuring us that they would put everything back in its place upon completion. It was a very clean and organized process; they took great care from the moment they entered the house, using protective drop cloths and actively managing cleanliness by clearing away dust and debris as they worked, thereby preventing dust and dirt from spreading throughout the home. When the project was finished, the result was clearly professional and flawless—all with the added benefit of prioritizing our health and comfort. The contract includes a lifetime warranty on the flooring. We chose the best company in terms of service, price, quality, reliability, and respect. Just had 2 installations done by Houston location, pics below… the whole experience was just awesome. Crews on time, quickly and expertly proceeded with installations after confirming they had the product ordered. Everyone involved was professional, friendly and went far beyond what was expected of them. 10 star review. Highly recommend for price, quality, professionalism and supreme customer care🥰

Just want to share what an amazingly great experience we had with Express Flooring . Jeff lined us up for installation of our entire home for LVP. Their crew: Junior, Zach and Luis had it done in 3 days. It looks awesome and very professional!! We cannot be happier. They moved and replaced our furniture, removed the old flooring that included tile, laminate and carpet, plus left our area clean and presentable on departure. We are so pleased with their work!

These reasons are my experience and is why I would not use them again. These listed below are just my top 3 reasons in which I have many more comments that I will not list. Always remember Quality over price. Quality is not here. Just pay the extra money for Quality service and a good sense of mind. 1. Installer spoke no English. So any issues I tried to convey could not be done. I am all about Equal Opportunity, but I couldn't understand a company not sending a bilingual or an additional worker to communicate with home owner. 2. When the installer arrived, all my products sat outside in the elements of the rain. Poor training from the company. 3. Did damage to the walls when installing flooring by chipping paint and scraping walls. Now I have to have someone come and repaint my entire staircase. Express flooring was notified and took no responsibility of these issues.. UNSAT.. May 2026.

Do NOT sign with this company. They are liars and withhold promises from their contracts! We decided to go with this company as they assured us the carpet had a 1 time transfer if we sold our home. Well low and behold it’s time to use this and now they are taking back their word! The sales man assured us they would rewrite the contract for us and include it yet they won’t return my calls. The call center supposedly does not have an escalation team to help you further! They have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Let’s not even talk about the actual carpet installation. The carpet hangs on the side and sticks out like it wasn’t nailed in properly. Save yourself an headache and go somewhere else.
