Flooring Express Houston

I have had the best experience w/ Express flooring so far. I was frustrated w/ other companies not showing up as scheduled so I got a quote from here and was pleasantly surprised. They had the flooring I was looking for, arrived on time and financing only took a few minutes. Troy and Eric were able to match a competitors price and get my installation scheduled immediately. Worst company ever it hasn't even been a year we got vinyl flooring in our home and it's coming apart the floors weren't leveled properly, we keep getting rescheduled at this point awaiting on a 4th time for them to come out to try and fix the floor but we only been told it's an inspection. Let me warn y'all stay away we should have after the nightmare we experienced with the salesman Brandon Lujan. Lied about the price even though he came to the home did a walk through. If they offer you their cell phone contact don't even bother cuz they'll never answer you gotta talk to their cust service center so you'll never speak to your rep ever. You gotta call and leave a message multiple times cuz they won't call and hopefully you don't miss it cuz you'll go right back in that circle again. Floors took 3 weeks to finish when we were told 5 days. 6 months in floor starts separating in our bedroom their is lumps under the floor 2 rooms the siding, baseboards, quarter rounds are all coming off. They already got paid so we're not priority and here we are awaiting a 4th appointment still no repair thrown in the loop of apologies, rescheduling , and out of pocket for hard earned money we saved trying to make this happen.

Completely blown away by the speed and professionalism! Called on Sunday, in home appt. On Monday morning. Was enjoying my new carpet Tuesday. Everything went as described. No interest financing was available. Bonus was offered by surprise.

Az customer! Our sales rep Dustin was super helpful and knowledgeable about the product and the options that we had. I was happy to learn that our carpet is commercial grade, sturdy, and easy to keep clean. We were able to schedule install within 2 days, and the customer service rep Amy was very friendly and professional. I knew immediately she was going to be able to help anytime I called. Our installer Jose called 30 minutes before arriving, he was quick and efficient with install and my new carpet looks and feels amazing. I absolutely recommend Express and their wonderful staff.

I am so happy to share my experience with others that are looking for a flooring company. My husband and I really wanted the best we could get for our money, and boy did we. Cody, on-line sales went above and beyond what we expected. He went the extra mile after me forgetting to put the master closet in the measurements. He told me no problem he would take care of it at no charge, he said "things happen". We had wood floors removed and had vinyl flooring put in. The crew did an excellent job and kept us informed as the process was unfolding. We also changed out the carpet on the stairs, den, closets, and the guestroom. We wanted something close to what we had for the floors and carpet and we got exactly what we wanted. We are very please with the quality of the floors and carpet along with the exceptional warranty that they made sure we had. Thanks again.
