Fleet Oil Change Service

Not a good experience. They are very diligent and detail oriented when it comes to collecting money. However, that level of detail is absent when it comes to actually performing work and installing parts that were charged for. I was charged for a filter that was not replaced. I was given back a truck that had several warning lights (including transmission fault) that didn’t exist when I took the truck in (they fixed it, loose connection had to be caused by them, cost an extra week and simply should not have been returned to a customer in that state). All told the work took 3 weeks when when it was promised in 2 days. Not a happy customer, and not treated well in the end. They care about getting paid, I can tell you that with absolute certainty.
