Excellent customer service, very friendly staff, and took care of my specific needs after calling 4 other rental places. Switching to them for my first call for sure. When you stop by, let Daniel know I forgive him for sending me all the way in the back to go to the restroom. 😉

Very nice truck rental place, rates were much better than the chain rental stores, it was cheaper to drive it empty for half the trip than a one way rental from the other places. The box truck we rented was like new and over the 1,400 miles it averaged 10.5 mpg!

Best customer service team. They always address any issues or questions I have. Never a long wait time - hands down best car rental place in the city!! I enjoy walking in and seeing Josue Lopez's smile, it is rare to see that kind of customer service nowadays. He is very attentive and charming! The process is very easy even for new customers on a last minute need, will definitely be coming back!

Will definitely be coming back! Everyone in this location is absolutely wonderful, but Agustin was an exceptional employee. He explained my contract in a very detailed manner and answered all of my questions, even though they were busy, he took the time to thoroughly explain everything since it was my first time renting from them. I rented a passenger van for a work event and everything was perfect, from the rates to the cleanliness of the vehicle. I’ve already referred some friends here for upcoming events and will definitely be back myself.
