I had a great experience getting my coolant system serviced , and Francisco truly made the difference. His work ethic is amazing—he was patient, understanding, and took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. What stood out most was that he clearly cared more about customer service than money, which is rare to find. He made sure everything was done right without making me feel rushed or pressured. I really appreciated his professionalism and kindness. Highly recommend, especially if Francisco is helping you!

Terrible experience. They don’t value people’s time. I had a 12.30pm appointment for services which I was told would take 1hour 45 mins at most (alignment, balancing and rotation). I waited in the waiting room for 2 hours before walking up to inquire about the status of the service. I was informed that they had just then started working on my car and it would take 2 more hours. They then proceeded to let me know that I needed to replace 2 tires which they didn’t have in stock. I immediately left and went to the Mercedes dealership where I purchased the tires and got the services I needed in a timely manner. Please value people’s time. Had I known I needed tires in the first few minutes I was there, we would have made order arrangements and would have come back when they arrived. I was extremely disappointed with the experience.

Was first in line of 3 cars at opening of store (arrived 30 minutes before opening). Told to move cars to side lot. When did so the 2 people behind got into store and were in line before me. Explained that was in town from Dallas visiting elderly mother in hospital and had to drive back to Dallas that day. I only needed a tire to be replaced due to nail. It took 3 and half hours to get a tire.

Bryan was accommodating and helpful. I got a blowout and didn’t have a good spare tire. I called a wrecker and waited for 2 hours and got to Firestone at 4:30pm. Bryan knew that I was coming and helped me out to get my tire changed 👏👏👏👏👏 He was articulate and kind … Great ambassador of customer service!!!

Visited last week for a standard rotate and balance of tires and asked why I had a rattling noise at the back end of my truck. Got the rotate/balance - great. Then I was told that I needed two new rear shocks AND sway bar links and bushing replaced (this was the cause of the rattling). This is where it gets bad. I was quoted $727.78 for replacing (2) shocks and $761.30 for the sway bar links and bushings. Since my truck was already there, I told them to go ahead and do the shocks, THANK GOD the sway bar parts were not available for a couple days so I did not get that done. In fact, I took it to a private mechanic who told me, #1 the parts they quoted me would not even fit on my truck and #2, I didn't need them at all. Said private mechanic just tightened up the loose (and rattling) parts and sent me on my way. Nothing was broken and bushings were fine. They were just taking advantage of me. That got me looking at the receipt harder. They installed Rancho shocks (Part # RS55048)... These you can get at any parts store for $70-80 each, they charged me $239.99 each + $247.80 installation. Talk about being raped on that service. Adding insult to injury, I got 2 miles down the road after I picked up my truck and suddenly all my tire pressure sensors lit up saying low tire pressure and now they won't turn off. Never again Firestone, NEVER AGAIN will I trust your mechanics. Tires and that's it. **Updated to reflect Firestone did give me a $150 refund to make things right. Thank you.
