Had these folks out to the house a few times over the years to work on our fireplace, and they’ve always delivered great service and strong value. Very professional every time. Today’s service call was handled by a young technician named Oswaldo. He did a wonderful job—very personable, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. He represented the company with best-in-class service. Highly recommend.

Perfection Supply was great! The Technician arrived on-time to do maintenance on my fireplace and gas logs. He went over and above what was expected, cleaning his work area as he progressed. He was so polite! I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them!

Called Perfection Supply to come service a 14+ yrs fireplace with uncertain functionality. From the call, to scheduling, to the actual service visit, everything was seamless. The Technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He came through with all parts required and brought the fireplace back to life. I would give them 10 stars if that was possible. Highly recommend this business....they're exceptional!!!

IJoe the Tech from Perfection Fireplace came to clean and service my Fire Place. He had a very approachable personality and got down to business straight away impressed me first by coming into my home with his shoes off Amazed that he took the initiative to do that. Checked Cleaned and Job done to my satisfaction. I am impressed as it was not cheap to have them come out to service the furnace in the winter. If only all Technicians were to give such good Customer service . Well Done Joe !!

What a great experience. This company came recommended from my neighbors. We called another company first that tried to charge us $2500 for stuff we didn't even need. When Joe came out it was just a clogged line that he fixed and did a thorough cleaning. Then gave us tips for continued maintenance. I will definitely pass them on to others in need of this repair.
