Houston Restore Pros was amazing. My upstairs bathroom flooded due to a plumbing problem. I called HRP at 5 AM for water removal and they arrived a few hours later. At the time, I did not know they did restoration / rebuild. After researching them, I agreed to have them to the rebuild. The project manager, Ben, was excellent to work with. He help me understand the process, communicated often, and work with my insurance. I am very happy with the outcome and highly recommend HRB.

Ben Sosa, Josue Matthew and everyone at Houston restore, including J&J flooring were the best! I’m extremely pleased with my restoration after a terrible water pipe break under my house that destroyed the flooring furniture and the bathroom. These guys came in quickly and very professional and took care of everything very easy on my end. I trust and respect this company and I definitely suggest that you use them to my opinion. They are a five star company.!

I recently worked with Houston Pros, and I can confidently say that Ben and the entire team delivered exceptional service from start to finish. Ben was professional, transparent, and always willing to explain the process, but what truly impressed me was how consistent and dependable the whole crew was. It’s rare to find a contractor group where every single person contributes to a smooth, stress-free experience, but that’s exactly what I got. I had water damage at my home and reached out to Houston Restore Pros — they were at my door within the hour. Joe, the Water Mitigation Manager, handled everything with professionalism and efficiency. He took care of the water mitigation process quickly and thoroughly. What really impressed me was how closely the team worked with my insurance company. They made sure nothing was left out of the estimate, which made the process much easier and stress-free. Once the estimate was approved, Senior Project Manager Ben and his team came in and did a fantastic job on the restoration work. Ben was knowledgeable, communicative, and made sure everything was completed to the highest standard. The entire team was respectful, skilled, and clearly took pride in their work.
