Highly recommend Houston Restore Pros. They did an excellent job to get back to normality when we had an accidental water leak. They responded quickly after calling them working until 3:30 a.m. to remove the damage and start the drying process. Excellent professional service from Ben the project manager managing all aspects of the project resulting in being able to move back home in 8 short weeks. Josue did great work with the painting work and installation of baseboards and doors. Don did excellent work laying the luxury vinyl plank flooring. All workers that we encountered were professional and great people to know. Again, if you need restorative services, please use them.

The 60 ft sweet gum tree that was in the middle of my back yard two days ago is now laying on top of my roof. I cannot begin to describe the shock and anxiety this is causing . USAA, my insurance company, have been amazing in helping me deal with all this. And then yesterday I spoke with Samual from HRP to make an appointment for an assessment. He had a very reassuring and calm voice and I was hoping he would be the one coming out today. He turned up on time today and brought Hamilton along with him. Both of these gentlemen turned a potentially very stressful situation into an amazingly calm and informative visit. They fully explained every step they were taking and gave a complete overview of their findings. They were both very friendly and reassuring throughout the entire visit. So while I am still stressed out about this situation I am feeling very reassured at the moment thanks to these two professionals. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second in recommending these guys if you were in need of their services. Houston Restore Pros was amazing. My upstairs bathroom flooded due to a plumbing problem. I called HRP at 5 AM for water removal and they arrived a few hours later. At the time, I did not know they did restoration / rebuild. After researching them, I agreed to have them to the rebuild. The project manager, Ben, was excellent to work with. He help me understand the process, communicated often, and work with my insurance. I am very happy with the outcome and highly recommend HRB.
