Fiber Cement Siding Houston

Do not buy!!!!!! We have cracks all over! Worst customer service ever. I even felt threatened at one point because my contractor was helping me with the warranty. After months, I was offered $100. What a joke and a slap in the face.

this company is a scam and their warranty is not real. the do not cover the installation of replacement boards, only a $8 check for a $20k job. further, their customer service won't answer the phone. avoid this company at all costs.

Not a good product. Warranty is not enforceable at all, they will give you the run around. Siding cracks and has a major potential for rain water intrusion.

Horrible experience with this company and product. Put this siding on our house 4 years ago and it is already cracked, bowed, discolored and is falling off. This company has denied my claim TWICE after they inspected my house in the DARK with a small flashlight. They even told me that this product doesn't really have a warranty. They are telling me basically that it isn't their product and they won't be doing anything about it. DO NOT buy this product.

Siding was supposed to be delivered in September for a Colorado mountain home. Already weeks late and soon will be too cold to find workers. I regret doing business with this company and advise others to learn from our mistake.
