I was there at the location to pick up my package since no one was at the house by the time the package was delivered. It’s been two hoursI waited until the closing time. I was told by Sonia that it will be sent to the nearest location the next Day. However, Sonia made sure that I will be able to pick it up from there and did above and beyond to help me pick up my package the next day. Sure did when I came back after work the next day, the package was there and Octavia helped me get my package since yesterday. She was so patient to me even though I have to go back to her at least five times last night to check my package. Again, thank you so much both Octavia and Sonia. Truly you are a blessing

The drivers really need to be investigated. I have had boxes left in the rain on a side of a building, I have had packages that were supposed to be delivered to my door with signature left outside of my leasing office. The funny part, they have the gate codes to get in. It’s also multiple elevators in my building, so the deliveries should be easy. They don’t deliver packages if the leasing office is closed, even though they have all of the needed information. It’s always FedEx! The other day I literally had delivers from Amazon, ups, and usps. Guess who decided not to deliver my packages? Exactly! Just like the other companies also have the same information and they use it. FedEx drivers are lazy! The fact my packages were not delivered first after yall failed twice to even attempt to deliver them speaks on how they don’t value customer service. I am filing a complaint directly with FedEx and the company I ordered from. They can’t read instructions and follow directions.

If I can give them 0 stars, I would, due to the fact that the staff ad this Fedex location was highly unskilled in communication, ethics, and service. I went to pick-up my package, since Fedex stated that "we were undeliverable", but the truth is that they delivered to the wrong address. My package stated my name and address in black and white, so I do not understand how the driver was unable to deliver the package, when I have been waiting the entire time for my package. I go to pick-up my packages and received one of my packages, therefore, I asked one of the staff where the rest of my packages were and he stated that it was out for delivery. Therefore, I had no problem with the fact that they were going to attempt delivery again, but I kindly told the staff that was helping me that can we perhaps update the driver the delivery address so that their would be no more confusion. Thus, I continue to describe the delivery instructions to the staff. Then the manager came out and spoke to me stating that their drivers had no confusion and that the fault was mine to blame. I was astonished by the fact that she said that I was at fault and explained to her that this is why I am here to pick-up my package and resolve this issue for future reference, since your driver delivered to the wrong address. The manager felt like I attacked her verbally and took my package back and said to leave or she would call security and the police. Not only that, but the manager also said "from now on you can come pick-up your packages here and we will not deliver any packages to you in the future. After the manager left to the back with my package. I once again attempted to speak to the staff to reclaim my package and I was able to get my package. This Fedex locations staff and managers handled the situation so poorly and made me feel terrible and less than a human. She kept insisting that I leave and constantly raising their voice at me, when i have done nothing wrong, but speak to her in a calmly manner. I believe Fedex corporation should reconsider having that person as manager and adjust the staff or have some sort of service training with customers. No person or I should have felt this harassment, racism from the staff, or such displeasure able service.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE! Skylah is one of the most friendly and helpful employees I’ve ever interacted with. She went out of her way to make sure my package was found. Incredible. Not to mention that everyone else on shift was friendly and helpful especially during the holiday season. Lots of upset customers coming in and always a smile from every employee.

I wasn't around when the driver arrived at my door, and didn't hear the door bell the next day he came back. A nice lady called me to inform me my package was waiting for me, and that if i couldn't make it that day I could come the next day- I showed up, I got my package in less than a minute. The place was clean, there was no wait and there was available parking- including handicap parking and access. Thanks 😁
