Extra Space Storage

The property manager is rude. i called the ;ocation and customer service because the app did not have the pay option anymore. She called me talking about this is a payment reminder and i explain the app issues ONCE AGAIN..and with an attitude said well your paymetn is 1 day late and i dont know what to say about the app. I was just giving you a payment reminder call. I been at this loction since the grand opening and i feel like she should have and could have help with the payment process. After talking to customer service, I was told the app was being update and the pay button was the same color as the background. Thats why i couldnt see it and that the property locations were notified. Not only that...the price for my unit keeps going up

I just wanna say I had a wonderful experience with extra space Storage actually rented out a store that was too small. Put a few boxes in the storage and then I had to then contact them back. They assured me that that was no problem. They assignment another unit that was close by. I transferred my things into the new storage. The environment is clean. It’s nice. It’s neat everything works. I appreciate you extra space Storage.
