I’ve been driving past this business for years, and now that I’m in the trailer business, they were recommended to me — and now I see why. They’re friendly and truly committed to excellence. Mr. Rick Brown has helped me by adapting the gooseneck on my truck with new wiring and lights. Laura always welcomes me with a smile and gives me detailed explanations every time I bring in my trailers for maintenance, and Ronnie is always willing to help. And of course, when you walk into the sales area, Michael is right there. Say hi to him and tell him you’re looking for Zack Brown.

I am so thrilled because I just got a trailer with Michael, and it was such a fantastic experience! 😄 He did an absolutely amazing job, and I couldn't be happier with the result of his work. His communication was excellent throughout the entire process, making sure I understood everything perfectly.👍 Michael was also really transparent, which I appreciated, and it built so much trust. Brian, Sergio & Johnny were very helpful in assisting me with the task of rebuilding trailer hubs. Without their help I wouldn’t have been able to complete it quickly!

Mr. Brian Ferrel in the parts department was awesome. He had a couple carriage bolts I needed to finish getting my hitch installed. I had been to a couple other shops with no luck. Really big relief to finally get help from someone who knew what I was talking about and needed! 5 Stars. 🙌🤘
