Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I have never felt more unsafe in a rental car. For future reference, vehicles should be thoroughly inspected before being loaned to customers. The car completely stalled in a commercial drive-through and had to be jumped (kudos to the roadside assistance team for their timely support). After that, we attempted to drive to swap the vehicle but couldn’t make it. The car would not go above 19 mph and would randomly catch acceleration at unsafe and unpredictable points on the highway in Houston. It was extremely concerning. I will not be returning, which is fine. However, for the next customer, please ensure the vehicle is safe before releasing it. The customer service team was kind and professional from beginning to end

Vehicle was clean other then a few stains on the passenger seat and ran well. Drove smooth. Could tell it was taken care of. We enjoyed our ride.

We rented a small SUV for three days at Houston George Bush airport. This was a routine rental and no particular problems were experienced. Nonetheless, the overall experience was flawless. We checked in on line so we did not have to wait at the counter although there was no line at the time we arrived. The Enterprise staff were pleasant and helpful. We have always found the staff at Enterprise to be great.

Rental experience at Enterprise Houston Airport couldn’t have been better! Very short wait time, and received a nicer car than the one I had reserved. Return was fast and easy. When renting a car, I always try to choose Enterprise or Alamo (same family of brands) because of their outstanding, no-hassle customer service.

I had a great experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I rented a brand-new Suburban at the Houston airport, and it was exactly what I needed for my drive back to Minnesota. The vehicle was clean, spacious, and ready to go when I arrived. The associate who checked me out was knowledgeable, professional, and very accommodating — the whole process was smooth and efficient. The drop-off in St. Louis Park was just as easy. The team there was friendly and even gave me a ride home, which I really appreciated. Excellent service from start to finish!
