Called triple AAA because my car's battery was dead and I needed a quick jump. To my luck they sent out a man named Voss that was terrific not only had a great personality but was also very knowledgeable about battery and alternator issues and the difference between a battery issue and a alternator issue. This man gave me prompt, friendly service and he also gave me recommendations on what to do to go about solving my dilemma.10/10 would call triple AAA again if it's another driver like Voss.

Houston Emergency Auto provided one of the worst service experiences we’ve ever had. My husband was stranded on I-10 West for hours waiting for help, which was not only frustrating but unsafe. After more than 3 hours, no driver ever showed up—even though AAA had dispatched the call. Communication was poor, and dispatch couldn’t give us a clear ETA. We were later told the driver got lost, which could have easily been avoided by simply confirming our location. We rely on services like this in emergencies, expecting help from “heroes,” but this experience felt like dealing with zeros. Very disappointing and unprofessional. #Townightmare

Scammed by johnny. He showed up on behalf of AAA. He haphazardly assessed my car, didn’t even attempt to jump it, and denied my request for it to be towed to a nearby Autozone. We ended up towing it 21 mi back to my place and demanded cash payment only. Conveniently enough, he didn’t carry change with him so I ended up overpaying him. When I asked for a receipt, he said I’d get an email confirmation (I didn’t). While unloading my car on the street, he scraped the left side of my car. Turns out my car ended up having a battery issue. If Johnny jumped my car to begin with, I could saved $100 and drove myself home.

On Friday 10/18/2024 at approximately 8am this reckless tow truck driver almost ran my brother and myself off of the roadway, after repeatedly and consistently blowing my horn to alert the record driver whom was consumed with clearly talking on his cell phone, traveling east bound on Lake Olympia Parkway, approximately half of a mile away from the Fort Bend Toll way. After we escaped passed the tow truck and waiting at the traffic light at the Fort Bend toll road, the tow truck driver approached on the right hand side of my vehicle, then opened his door, then started to communicate with my brother and I. My brother (passenger side) My brother lowered his window to hear the record driver asked "What's Wrong", my brother replied "You almost ran us off of the road." Then I got out of my vehicle to take photos of this reckless tow driver. I got back into my vehicle to contact the on the Supervisor/ Manager immediately. A Supervisor/Manager by the named "Scott" , his town indicated that he was not surprised with the drivers action. Then, Scott asked me, "Why are you calling with this none sense, you need to call the police." I was quite surprised with his dismissal of my reporting the reckless road behavior of his driver. All should be aware especially AAA.
