When I called Allsource Electrical Technologies, LLC and asked if they offer a free estimate, they said YES.The technician arrived at my house. I explained the problem: my 40-amp Tesla breaker overheats. He opened the panel, and I pointed out the breaker. Before inspecting anything, he announced a $169 troubleshooting fee and said I needed a 50-amp breaker to be installed which will be a $800.I also mentioned that my fryer overheats a different breaker. He replied, “You’re pulling too much power,” I asked if it could be a grounding issue for Tesla breaker overheats. He said he wasn’t sure, but replacing grounds would cost $499 each—and Sugar Land requires two, so $998 total.The next day, I called the office and asked: “What does ‘free estimate’ mean to you?” The lady said: “It’s free if the technician sees the issue right away.” I told her I had already explained the problem, yet he immediately pulled out his tablet to charge me.This company should NOT advertise “FREE ESTIMATE.” They charged me just to show up, never diagnosed the root cause (grounding? loose wires? bad breaker?)

Allsource is an excellent resource for homeowners! They can set an appt pretty quickly for you and the work they do is super and efficient! I also appreciate how kind they are while working in your home.

After a night are $25k quote from Abacus Electric, gave them a call. Well came out when promised, gave me a call to tell her was in his way, was on time, courteous and VERY friendly. $225 later problem solved. Would highly recommend. Even asked for a quote to replace the breaker box, their honest and fair pricing made me a client for life. Give them a call today!

Straightforward and reasonable pricing. I was so happy my solar issue was resolved. No one else would even come out. Thank God that I found Allsource. Mr Reid had the problem diagnosed in 3 minutes. They are awesome and have saved their number.

Well, This confirms my trust in Allsource. Lol. They came through for me this second time, and again me and my wife were stressed cause our A/C went out. All we saw was a big price we were going to lose in our bank account. It’s summer and school is out for the kids. What a time for this to happen. Well, we called a few of the A/C companies to come out and give us an estimate and my stomach twisted at the prices they gave us. OMG! They said we needed a whole new unit and system. I was sick. Didn’t know what to do. Then my wife happen to run in to a business card of Allsource. Of course I tend to be forgetful but my wife reminded me they also do A/C work and they just did some electrical work a few months ago. So I gave Allsource a shot. Called them up for a scheduled time and they came ready to tell me the bad news. lol. To my surprise they said that it was a part that went out and that they had the part and fixed it with in 30min for a fraction on the price these other companies gave. Plus I felt I was being hustled to buy a whole new unite. Wow! Allsource came through for me and my family once again. Now I trust Allsource to service my home if it ever happens again. Thank you, Allsource and the whole Allsource team for all your help. You are Trust worthy and professional. God bless. Ow! Yea. My wife says the A/C is colder then it was before. She is happy, so I am happy. Lol
