John was extremely rude when I was asking questions to gain a better understanding on a recommendation made by him. He did not want to provide any clarity or details regarding his recommendation. If you wish to communicate with your engineer with confidence and transparency I would steer clear from this place. Do not recommend.

We use DTS on a variety of projects from civil design of subdivisions and retail centers to structural design of complex homes and have always been pleased with their work. They are on time, on budget and the advice is priceless. If you have a project that calls for professionals then I would recommend their team.
