Ms. A at the front desk is amazing. Very professional and knowledgeable. The mechanic Ali was very thorough. He talked to me in layman term including showing me on his tablet the bulletins for my vehicle. I will admit...they are pricey but you get what you pay for.

Absolutely great service. My car stop turning into their parking lot. Ali, I believe was the guys name was very helpful. He fixed the problem and I was in my way. I would most definitely recommend anyone to try them . They do great work!

Update 11/20/25 - They have a new manager; very knowledgeable and competent. Free state inspections for seniors!!! When Jason was managing the store, we had excellent service; however, when they brought in the lady from Friendswood it went south right off the get go. She really did not have a clue as to what she was talking about. One of the constant mechanics happened to walk through when I was quizzing her on their competency with an electrical issue and assure me they could take care of it. They offer a "shuttle service" but neglect to tell you they are going to use your vehicle to do it with. In the past they would take you in one of their cars. Came in the next day and viola, a different manager is their and he's more lost than the female was. Please get Jason back on board!!!

I went to get my state inspection and oil change. I was using a coupon so I got the state inspection free. Within 10 minutes of handing over my keys check and completing the one page information sheet and the oil was being drained from the pan. They did all kinds of extras that they do not charge for such as exterior wash my truck, check the wipers, add washer fluid etc. The mechanic found a leak at my oil pan gasket and my rear main seal leaking. He took pictures where the problem areas were and that was sent to me via text with all the information including all the extras they did on my truck. They were very polite and professional. The manager communicated well. I will use them again.
