I recently had multiple facial rejuvenation procedures with Dr. Altamira, and the experience and results were nothing short of exceptional. The results have far exceeded my expectations, and the entire process was handled with the highest level of patient care. What is most important to note is that my 4 hour surgery was all done under local anesthesia in office with absolutely no pain or discomfort. My recovery has been incredibly smooth and quick with hardly any bruising. He is an artist and listens to your concerns and executes your results with targeted precision. I had a facelift back in 2021 and I was absolutely thrilled. Everything still looks so natural. After seeing some of Dr.Altamira’s patients that got rhinoplasty ,I took the plunge. Again, I’m even more pleased.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Vanessa, the technician at Dr. David Altamira’s office, who has been treating the severe fibrosis on my face. When I first came in the tightness and uneven texture were really affecting both my appearance and comfort. Vanessa began with massage therapy, then introduced ultrasound therapy, and eventually added Venus treatments which have made a huge difference. The results have been absolutely remarkable. The fibrosis has softened dramatically, my skin feels smoother and more flexible, and I’ve noticed a visible improvement in my overall facial contour. Beyond her exceptional skill, Vanessa is compassionate, caring, and extremely knowledgeable.
