I’ve used door-to-door transport for over 10 years. Loretta was my first contact when I owned my consignment company when I was helping buying and selling people’s vehicles for my clients. Always great rates great service. Use them last week for my buddy that was from California who bought a jeep in South Carolina and shipped it to California on time pick up an early delivery. They communicated daily during Transportation. Everything was smooth with no worries and no hassles.

Door to Door is exactly what they do. Excellent value, and the service was faster than expected. Shipped my SUV from Florida to Arkansas, door to door in 1 day. No problems whatsoever. Highly recommended.

My review is in reference to Order Id: 07-453933 Jr. was responsive and excellent when communicating the details, price and procedure. Driver was friendly and worked quick to get both our cars loaded on the transport. I was given ETA updates by dispatcher when the driver was arriving and when pick up was scheduled in Georgia. Cars were delivered so fast I had barely any time to stop and rest during my 8.5 hour drive north from Wellington, Florida to Winder, GA. Great all around service altogether. I would use Door to Door transport in the future as the price quoted remained the same and there was no hidden fees. Deposit paid by credit card and driver was given the balance in cash upon delivery. Cars were unscathed and the whole experience went without any snags, mishaps or delays.

I booked a transportation of my motorcycle a full month in advance, clearly specifying the windows I was working with to plan a fully booked trip. JR confirmed the dates, I emailed confirmation to Roy. We checked in weekly, and were told all was on track and we'd hear by May 26th with final details. 26th rolls around, we've heard nothing. I call on the 27th and JR says they never guarantee dates (I have emails that show dates were confirmed), and they're struggling to find drivers. 3 days later, still nothing. I finally ran out of time, and had to scramble last minute to save my fully booked trip, no thanks to them. i do not recommend them WHATSOEVER unless you have nothing but gobs of time on your hand and you really don't care if your vehicle shows up this month or next year.
