Discount Tire

I had an appointment at 8:15... Pulled up and there was a gentleman (New Store Manager Omar) servicing a woman in the parking lot. I walked inside to these two gentleman. One on a call at the time, the other not. The 1st gentleman's called ended within 30 seconds of my walking in. At no time did EITHER gentleman acknowledge me to let me know someone with be right with me. Omar walked in with the customer he was ACTUALLY WORKING WITH and IMMEDIATELY took 2 seconds to acknowledged me. A very kind & professional young man Alan, then came to my assistance. Moral of the story... I'm a fan of Discount Tire & always have been. My 1st experience at this location... Disappointing, but Alan & Omar SAVED the day! Thank you for YOUR professionalism gentleman! Customer service MATTERS!!!

When you need a certain tire ans other big chain tire shops tell you it'll be 3-5 days before we can get your tire? Yeah these guys stepped up and had my certain tire in 2 hours and my wife back on the road to finish our nation wide tour. Discount Tire (Olivert) thank you! Thank you Houston! We will be back!

Super fast, professional service from Olivert at checkin and Brian, the technician. Price was very good. Installation was so fast. Clean shop and restroom. Wow!

Staff are knowledgeable and professional, happy to answer questions. Seasonal decor is a nice touch. They even have a kids table with coloring books! Also, there's coffee/water available while you wait.

Paid $136 each for two “Road Hugger” tires. Less than 10,000 miles later, one sidewall blew out. We all know Houston roads are rough, but I expected better based on the high rating they showed me on their system at checkout. One employee said it was covered under warranty, another said it wasn’t. Save your money my $76 replacement tire from Amazon has 4.5 stars from 11k+ reviews and cost just $11 to install at Walmart. No regrets.
