Dr Chance is an exceptional general dentist and am grateful he is my dentist. I enjoy engaging with the office manager, Maria. The entire staff in his office is friendly and caring. A shoutout to Stella, an outstanding dental hygenist who enthusiastically went the extra mile to ensure I am doing all I can to properly brush and floss to maintain dental health.

I love this office and staff. Dr. Chance is great and I'm so comfortable when I'm there. They are all so friendly and you feel you are a priority to them. You walk in and they immediatly stop what they are doing and greet you. Maria at the front desk was extremely helpful and made the visit so great! She's very sweet, and I actually look forward to coming for my next visit.

I had a tooth break at lunch on Tuesday,. By11:00 Wednesday (in the middle of the Christmas holidays) they were able to get me in the office and had a temporary crown put in place. I couldn't be more delighted.

*Disclaimer: We have no problem with Dr. Chance, but his admin team is terrible.* We’ve been coming to this clinic for several years, but every visit feels uncomfortable due to the admin staff. The checkout process is always confusing—Maria at the front desk is never clear on what to do. I’ve had to stand there awkwardly until she finally tells me I’m done. The billing process is also frustrating. My husband gets three oral cleanings a year, and we know his insurance only covers two, so we’re fine paying for the third. However, we were told not to pay at the time, only to receive a notice later. Another issue was when I had a filling on a back tooth. We were assured it was covered by insurance, but weeks later, we got a bill for it. When we called to check, they admitted it was a mistake on their end. If we hadn’t followed up, we would’ve been stuck paying several hundred dollars unnecessarily. Today was the final straw. I really appreciated being able to schedule a last-minute appointment because I had a tooth issue. I’d had this issue for almost two weeks but didn’t come in sooner because I had a cold and was coughing nonstop. As soon as my cough was gone, I made an appointment. I was referred to get a root canal, which I got, but I also needed a crown afterward. I thought it would be fine to get the crown after returning from my trip a month later. However, the endodontist said I should get the crown within two weeks. So, I called Dr. Chance’s office to schedule the crown appointment before leaving on my trip next Tuesday. When I explained my situation to the admin staff and told them repeatedly that I had to leave by Tuesday, the first response was, “No, we are packed,” followed by, “Can’t you wait?” I explained again and again that I couldn’t wait due to my trip and the endodontist’s recommendation. The admin finally gave in, checked the schedule, and called back to say they could fit me in on Wednesday. I had to explain AGAIN that I was leaving next Tuesday. Her response? She didn’t seem to care and kept asking, “Can you wait?” A dentist friend of mine later explained that traveling overseas with a temporary crown and then returning for a permanent one is not a good idea. Knowing this, it's incredibly frustrating that the admin staff at Dr. Chance's office insisted I wait without offering any explanation. Leaving patients in the dark like this is unacceptable. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve been left confused about my situation with their office I’m so frustrated and tired of being treated like this. I’m done with this clinic. They need to train their admin team to provide better support and actually listen to patients.

This is Such a great team! From the moment I entered the office I was greeted with a beautiful Smile from the friendly front office staff! When I made it to the back I met with Dr. Chance who had a wonderful bed side manner! He took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment plan. He is highly knowledgeable. He addressed all of my concerns with so much patience and consideration. All of his staff is friendly and caring. I would highly recommend this office to any one who has a dental phobia like myself. They all made me feel very comfortable. I left the office feeling confident with the care I received. Thank you Dr. Chance and your wonderful team for all you do for your Patient's.
