Great dealership!! Would definitely buy from them again and recommend to family and friends. Michael was the best and I enjoyed buying my truck from him. The dealership had my truck detailed and ready to go when I arrived. Easy buying process as well. Thanks for a great experience!! I will say I absolutely loved the truck I traded in and will miss it. This is posting on the RV side hopefully people will see this.

I’ve bought an Rv from here in 2023 and I absolutely loved it Stephanie has been helping me on upgrading it this year. She has answer all my questions and sent me pictures of possible upgrades. Thank you again Stephanie for all your help.

Great customer service! We were greeted when we came in and they got us right out to lot looking at only what we asked for. Alicia is wonderful and really listens. My grandma is 80 and the one buying. She was very patient and listen to all her concerns!!

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 star) Absolutely terrible experience. We bought a camper here on September 20, 2025, and the manager was no help whatsoever. He never returned our calls or followed up after the sale. Once they got our money, it felt like they didn’t care at all. I’m beyond frustrated and would never recommend this place to anyone. They didn't tell us our salesman was not there anymore

I paid over $30k for an RV last week at DeMontrond RV in Texas City. This purchase has been a nightmare. For starters, they gave me a hard time when I requested a breakdown of the taxes and fees. They ended up changing all of the numbers multiple times trying to make them work. The RV hadn’t been cleaned for the walkthrough. Apparently it was a miscommunication with the service department. I get it, things happen. However, SIX DAYS later, the RV still hadn’t been cleaned! The door had a large hole in it. Per the sales agreement, they were supposed to replace it with a NEW door. They replaced it with a USED door and the old lock and the lock doesn’t work! It’s only been off their lot for two days and it’s leaking! We would like to return it for a full refund.
