Elisa is absolutely wonderful! She is so amazing and helpful, it's amazing. I have NEVER had someone so kind, warm, and helpful at a storage facility. I would suggest getting a unit here even if it's a little out of the way because honestly, she is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!! Thank You, Elisa!

I have had a storage unit here for a very long time. The unit price doesn't match the quality of the area and the facility. The doors are constantly broken so having security access to get in doesn't mean much because anyone can walk in. There is a fairly large homeless population in this part of town. Unfortunately, it was amazing to start with but just gone down over the years. Not sure if its ownership, management, or staff but hopefully a proper review will help get things fixed Again... August 3rd... doors continues to still be broken. This is to be a locked and secured facility but the door does not work nor is it secure. Why is this not a repair priority for the facility?

My movers arrived in late December to complete my move-out, and at that time we discovered the building’s elevator was not working. As a result, my movers were required to carry all of my furniture down multiple flights of stairs, which significantly extended the move. I was being charged $300 per hour, so this caused a substantial and unexpected increase in my moving costs. CubeSmart did not notify me that the elevator was out of service. Had I been aware of this issue in advance, I would have rescheduled my move-out for a day when the elevator was operational. I raised this issue with the on-site manager, who advised that he submitted a request to corporate on my behalf. It took corporate several weeks to reach out, and when they finally did, they asked that I provide a copy of the invoice my movers sent, so they could see how much extra I was charged. It has been two weeks since providing CubeSmart the invoice, and they have not reached out or responded to any follow-ups. Essentially, they made it seem like they were going to reimburse me for the extra time, only to ghost me in the end. Extremely unprofessional and will never recommend or use CubeSmart.

The other day, I was moving somethings out of my storage unit and we were having trouble fitting things into my car. Soon after, Lisa came out and gave us some tips and helped us figure out how to get everything in there. She was so nice and respectful! Not only is the staff great but I have always felt like my things were safe in my unit. I definitely recommend this location to anyone looking.
