I have had a storage unit here for a very long time. The unit price doesn't match the quality of the area and the facility. The doors are constantly broken so having security access to get in doesn't mean much because anyone can walk in. There is a fairly large homeless population in this part of town. Unfortunately, it was amazing to start with but just gone down over the years. Not sure if its ownership, management, or staff but hopefully a proper review will help get things fixed Again... August 3rd... doors continues to still be broken. This is to be a locked and secured facility but the door does not work nor is it secure. Why is this not a repair priority for the facility?

I recently stopped by the CubeSmart location on Washington Ave to check out storage options since I’ll be needing a unit around May, and I had a great experience. Elisa Reiner was incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in. She took the time to show me different unit sizes, explained pricing clearly, and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. She was friendly, professional, and really made the whole process easy to understand. Thanks to her, I feel confident about coming back when I’m ready to rent my unit. Highly recommend asking for Elisa if you stop by!

I was here to deliver for a customer of mine about a month or so ago. Jose was working the front desk and was so well prepared. He had cards written up with the one day access code so me and my crew could navigate the delivery easily. This place is very accommodating and obviously very convenient to a bustling area. I’d highly recommend.

The storage facility is clean!! I was greeted by the GM who was quick and very helpful from start to finish. I was even able to buy some packing supplies. How convenient. Highly recommend this place
