Crown Molding Installation

We are doing restoration work on our home. We are a one income household so I am sourcing the material myself, including our custom crown moulding that I could not find online. David answered the phone and gave me his personal phone and reviewed pictures for me. He quickly responded and gave me the information I needed. Very friendly customer service. You can tell there is a passion for their business here. The woman at the front desk (one of the owners) was very enthusiastic with helping me decide on a product and didnt just try to sell me whatever she could. In fact, I chose some things that were a bit expensive and because of the application I was using it for she told me I should go with something that was a less expensive option. Despite a good selection, they didnt have exactly the size of what I needed, so her husband (the other owner) came in and asked what I needed. He said "No problem, give me a few minutes", went in the back made it for me on the spot using what they had on the shelf as a base template. If you are looking to add trim or anything wood in your house this is a good place to start. If anything else its at least cool to go look around at the product they offer. They have affordable pieces and high end custom product as well.

First class customer service. We traveled over a hour to find someone who specializes in wood and custom trim & supply did not disappoint. I was 1st time customer with a small project but was treated like a long time customer. Highly recommended!

Great selection and very helpful owner. I came in wanting to match some crown molding for a client and Dave was very knowledgeable and helpful in pointing me in the right direction.
