Covered Parking Facility

Convient garage next to the Metro. The gate was open with a sign that had $5 parking. I parked with no ticket. When I left several hours later, there was an attendant at the gate helping with the card reader. I've also pulled in where the gate was down and I did get a ticket. Upon exiting, there was no attandant. Maybe they have card reader issues? Tip: There is a stairwell on the side (photo below) that they lock at some point. The main stairwell in the center remains open.

Beautiful park, but horrible parking. We went on Sunday and the garage signs say one thing ($5 flat fee, as seen in pic 1) but tried to charge us double ($10 as seen on recent, pic 2). Stay sharp.

Absolutely great place to park. Felt like it was safe and secure.

The ticket scanner does not work. Did a lost ticket for 8 dollars instead to try to get out, still did not work. Tried calling the number, did not work. No security in car out front. Went up to the front entrance and the gate randomly opened without scanning anything. This deck will trap you and your car. Took me about 20 mins to get out.

easy to park, nice size garage. 3 minute walk to warehouse live. pay by phone but we did spothero
