Cottman Transmission

I am writing this review to express my absolute shock at the behavior I witnessed at this Cottman Transmission location. Service issues are one thing, but physical violence is entirely another. ​During a recent interaction involving a vehicle drop-off, the staff became incredibly hostile toward the tow truck driver. What started as a verbal disagreement quickly escalated when the shop personnel began pushing and physically assaulting the driver. The employee name was Ricky. Absolutely and utterly lack of professionalism from cottman transmission

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cottman Transmission was fantastic from start to finish! Their communication was excellent — they kept us updated every step of the way while we waited for the new transmission to arrive. Once it came in, they got it installed quickly and did a great job. They completely solved the issue, and so far our truck runs wonderfully. Highly recommend them for anyone needing honest, professional, and reliable transmission work!

I brought my 2020 Ram 1500 Classic to Cottman for a transmission repair (Firestone could not repair) due to the gaskets leaking from transmission and the transfer case. Don and crew did a great job with the repair, and it drives like new. No more leaks. They were honest and upfront with their assessment and cost. Would highly recommend...
