Jeremiah handled the water heater service and was chill, professional, and very informative. He took the time to explain what he was doing, answered my questions clearly, and completed the maintenance efficiently and cleanly. No pressure, no mess — just solid work. I had a water leak in December 2025 near my meter by my neighbor's fence, and Cooper Plumbering saved the day. When I called, Joy understood the urgency and offered to have someone come out the same afternoon, but I couldn't make that work. Instead, Jeremiah came first thing the next morning right on time. Jeremiah was incredibly helpful – he not only shut off my main water valve but took the time to show me where it was located. Since the leak was near my neighbor's property line, he even went over to explain the situation and why he needed access to their yard to complete the repair. He ensured them they would put back their landscaping. I had a flight to catch that same day and was stressed about the timing. Jeremiah assured me they'd handle everything, gave me a fair quote, and told me I could leave. Jeremiah kept me updated by text, sent pictures of the work, and had everything completely finished by the time I landed. They even flushed out the residue so I didn't have to when I returned from my trip. It turned out tree roots dislodged the pipe so they also installed a telescopic coupling to help prevent future issues with roots and ground shifting. Joy also followed up afterwards to make sure I was happy with the work. Very professional and reliable service!

I received a second opinion quote for a water heater replacement after getting a crazy expensive quote from a popular competitor. Cooper Plumbing was quick and professional to respond to my inquiry. The initial technician was very informative with my options and didn't make me feel pressure to make such an expensive decision on the spot. We approved the initial quote 6 months later and was able to get serviced within the same day. Prices were almost half of the competiter and service was top notch! Huge shout out to Warren and Nolan for their service today! They were both quick and professional throughout the service. Highly recommend supporting this local business!
