James was my technician, and he was polite, courteous, professional, and attentive to all of my questions and concerns throughout the process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and simply, making sure I understood my options and the work being performed. The installation was completed efficiently, and my home was left clean and tidy afterward, which I greatly appreciated. I also value the warranty that comes with the work, giving me additional peace of mind. This was actually my fourth time using Cooper Plumbing for various repairs around my older home, and they have consistently delivered excellent service every time. I highly recommend Cooper Plumbing, and especially James, for anyone looking for reliable, professional, and customer-focused plumbing service.

I had a great experience with Cooper Plumbing from start to finish. Their communication was prompt and responsive, even during the holidays, which I really appreciated. Scheduling was quick and easy, and on the day of service they proactively notified me that they could arrive earlier than expected due to a cancellation — a nice surprise. Jeremiah handled the water heater service and was chill, professional, and very informative. He took the time to explain what he was doing, answered my questions clearly, and completed the maintenance efficiently and cleanly. No pressure, no mess — just solid work. Overall, great customer service, smooth scheduling, and quality workmanship. I’d definitely recommend Cooper Plumbing and would use them again.

James came out within 30 minutes of start of the window they gave us! He was super polite and efficient. Thankfully it was a fairly simple clog and a super fair price. At the same time we had our dishwasher stop working we thought due to a clog also, and he came back out confirmed it wasn’t a clog but the old machine, with no charge! And the person who answers the phone is amazing about getting back to you even outside hours. And they were lovely to schedule with and super helpful. Great company all round!

I highly recommend Cooper Plumbing to anyone. The work they perform has always been very professional using quality materials at a very reasonable price. The plumbers are courteous and listen to the customer. I've used Cooper Plumbing for a not so simple garbage disposal removal and installing a new disposal. They are currently helping me with the installation of a gas jet for a new gas clothes dryer. Because of their quality work and professionalism, I will be using them during a future complete home remodel for all water and gas needs.

I had a water leak in December 2025 near my meter by my neighbor's fence, and Cooper Plumbering saved the day. When I called, Joy understood the urgency and offered to have someone come out the same afternoon, but I couldn't make that work. Instead, Jeremiah came first thing the next morning right on time. Jeremiah was incredibly helpful – he not only shut off my main water valve but took the time to show me where it was located. Since the leak was near my neighbor's property line, he even went over to explain the situation and why he needed access to their yard to complete the repair. He ensured them they would put back their landscaping. I had a flight to catch that same day and was stressed about the timing. Jeremiah assured me they'd handle everything, gave me a fair quote, and told me I could leave. Jeremiah kept me updated by text, sent pictures of the work, and had everything completely finished by the time I landed. They even flushed out the residue so I didn't have to when I returned from my trip. It turned out tree roots dislodged the pipe so they also installed a telescopic coupling to help prevent future issues with roots and ground shifting. Joy also followed up afterwards to make sure I was happy with the work. Very professional and reliable service!
