We were exceptionally happy with the service we received from Creative G Homes. Gaspar and Rachael are a great team and made the addition project to the back of our house as easy as possible for us. They are attentive to detail and have a great eye for aesthetics and quality materials. They were great communicators and were able to explain things clearly for us. They were always quick to respond to all of our questions. Gaspar managed all of the relationship with the subcontractors and only brought us into the conversation when decisions needed to be made, which worked perfectly for our needs. They also offered design suggestions that we wouldn’t have considered on our own (i.e. custom nook in master, shiplap in bathroom, hidden outlets in cabinets, etc.). We stayed on schedule and couldn’t be happier with the experience. They exceeded our expectations and we would definitely recommend.

Creative G Homes was recommended to us by our architect (Alison Hall Architect, Inc.—also great!) that designed our garage addition. We shopped our project around but ultimately chose Gaspar and Rachael at Creative G Homes because it felt like they truly cared about our project and wanting to deliver a high-quality product at a fair price. From our first meeting to talk about scope and pricing until the day we finished the punch list, Gaspar always impressed us. With a tight project timeline and a global pandemic that started a month into our project, Gaspar kept the project on schedule and was able to find creative solutions to material and labor shortages while never sacrificing quality or our comfort. Gaspar and Rachael are very communicative and always kept us in the loop. We were always given high quality options within our budget. They were always around to answer our questions and would pop over regularly to talk though questions in person. If that wasn’t enough, what impressed us the most about Gaspar was his accountability—which, in our experience through multiple projects, is not the norm in the construction industry. Any construction project has hiccups, but Gaspar was always the first person to point out or acknowledge any issues and came to us with solutions and never excuses. We are very pleased with our garage addition and our decision to hire Creative G Homes. We would highly recommend Creative G Homes and have recommended them to several friends to date.

This is long past due to post or review real time our experience but also 2 years out for genuine criticism - our experience was also during the height of the pandemic and resulting issues of supplies. Overall - I am grading 4.8 and there are few quibbles mainly with paint which was result of previously mention supply chain problems. The main thing is Gaspar and company are top notch, both in planning preparation and communication- they deserve the GC common mark up of x % and also can help with design, hence the Design- but they also work with your preferred architect. Value is in eye of beholder and i of course wish things were less expensive but… one pays for what one gets. Enough said. I don’t do reviews but I’ve spent 2 years almost with GC’s work. Not to mention RA. Thanks.

I just completed a home addiction/renovation with GC Design and Build and I could not be more pleased with the outcome. Below are some of the highlights that made this such a good experience: Communication: I have never built a house or undergone a major home renovation and I was nervous. But Gaspar and Chanely kept me updated of progress, timeline and expectations. I really, really loved the app where I could check in on the schedule, what was next etc. I lived in the home during the addition and the communication made it all possible. Having the estimate tracking, budget and invoices etc in the app was great too - no surprises. Attention to detail: My home was built in the 1940s. I really wanted to maintain the charm and character of the house and the addition honestly feels like it was almost meant to be. A good example were the floors. Matching original hardwood floors During supply chain issues was difficult. But Gaspar and the team persisted. Tested various options, worked with multiple suppliers and they are perfect. Working with a designer: working with Rachel and her team made the whole process so much more manageable and within budget. I shared Pinterest boards, screenshots and crazy ideas. She went with it and gave me alternatives if something was over budget or not available. Last but certainly not least - the overall craftsmanship. From the tile guy to the painters to the brick mason everything was done with a high standard of excellence. I have had multiple people comment on the work and how great it looks. We really do have a beautiful, new space that I know my family and I will enjoy for a long time. Can’t thank Gaspar and Chanely enough! And I would recommend them to anyone building or thinking of adding on to their space.

We worked with Creative G Homes for a significant interior remodel of our home. Gaspar and team were very professional, knowledgeable and responsive. The quality of the material and work exceeded our expectations. Communication and timing were also on point with Creative G Homes. Overall a great experience, and even better results. Look forward to working with Creative G Homes in the future.
