Isaac was very personable, efficient and knowledgeable. By the time our appointment day arrived, I had been able to get my new all-in-one printer working on the network. But we still kept the appointment so that we could have the tech answer several of our questions, check out our wireless network, and speed up our computer start-ups. He spent the hour taking care of all our issues/questions and we are very pleased with his service. We would definitely call Friendly Computers again and highly recommend them.

My technician Dustin was great! He came in and got right to work on both of my laptops. He was very knowledgeable and filled me in throughout the process so that I would know what the cause of my issues were. The price was extremely fair and he had everything done within an hour! I would definitely recommend Friendly Computers and I hope that next time I need their assistance I have another great technician like Dustin!

Of the positive moments for me - these guys are located really close from my location and are really easy to find. As for the rest - The service is okay. I brought my laptop with a critical error in the hard disk and did not realize until later that all their work takes in average from 3 to 5 working days. There was an option to an "urgent repair", of which I found out also by the time of picking up my machine. For me it was Especially "nice" to find out as I was in a hurry and I needed the repair done ASAP - I did notice that at the reception, btw, when brought the laptop. (Better communication with the clients, maybe, for your next ones, warning/reminding them about the time and offering them an "Urgent/ASAP" solution?..) Also, I received a temporary client's profile online that was supposed to help me watch the progress with my laptop.. Well, that page has been empty for the next two working days, so I had to give them a call to only find out they needed my permission to proceed further with the repair (ermm.. - would I even find it out at all if I didn't call, I wonder?..). and - after all - they weren't able to recover the info from my old hard drive. Of which I found out shortly before picking it up.. - it might have meant just my "special luck" with it though but - since I was promised that they could recover most of the info from it - it sure did leave an unpleasant feeling too.

Isaac what a great computer tech and was very knowledgeable. He was able to fix all the errors that were happening in our system. I really liked him as well as the owner so that when we have another issue occur in our system we will call him out to repair our computer issues again. Thanks for your support and fast response to our computer needs.

Friendly Computers is just that -- friendly. I went there with a PC issue right at closing time and the tech was about ready to leave and lock up. But he dropped everything and took care of what I needed in less than 10 minutes. I really needed the PC the next day for work and I truly appreciated being helped in that manner. Great customer service and dedication to helping folks out.
