Cliff Jones RV

After owning several used travel trailers, from pop-ups to fifth wheels, we are happy to have purchased our first new trailer - RPOD 206. Our family travels take us past Cliff Jones RV often and we have stopped many times to just browse. Each time we were greeted by a friendly salesperson and, even after telling them we were not ready to purchase, they still took the time to show us every trailer we wanted to see spending unlimited time with us. For this reason, we returned to Cliff Jones when we were to purchase and we were not disappointed. Our salesman, Brian, listened to my desired features and did not waste our time on units that did not meet our criteria. He was knowledgeable and patient which made for a delightful experience. Niko made the financing process simple, quick, and painless. Raul guided us through the walk-through. He went slow, explained all the nice features and gadgets as well as the basic operations of the trailer. He encouraged us to ask questions. Exceptional service + Great prices = Happy campers. We will see the Cliff Jones family again when we are ready to trade up.

Great buying experience with Henry. We came to look at a few RVs about a month ago and came back this week when we knew what we wanted. During our walkthrough a small issue was found with the dinette table and the service tech Tommy took photos right away to submit the warranty claim for us. I will update this review about that repair process when we take it back in. Overall I recommend Cliff Jones for RV purchases!

Long story short we bought a used RV knowing that it would have some minor issues but we were not expecting major issues like the rotted floor in the slide, numerous electrical issues and water leaks, many of which were intentionally hidden or lied about, and the crapper tank still being full and plugged up from the previous owners. They did not hook it up to water to prove to us that it had no leaks as they mentioned, and they did not operate the slide in and out for us to see. Numerous attempts were made trying to get help from this dealer with no luck. In the process of doing my own repairs they offered for us to bring the RV back up there when I already had it apart. We had a week and a half before our vacation which we had already purchased a non-refundable spot for. We have a very busy life and we were counting on Cliff Jones as a local dealer to be honest and straightforward with us which they were absolutely not. It is partially my fault for not making them fully hook up everything and operate everything instead of just taking their word for it. But when someone tells you an RV is leak-free, no issues, and ready to go it should be exactly that. We have accepted that we are just stuck with the RV and it is what it is. As a buyer you will get excellent treatment until everything is signed and you are out the door. 0 stars would be the more honest rating.

I needed a new tractor and talked with Henry on the phone, then drove an hour to the dealership and met Henry in person. He was knowledgeable about the product and very courteous. I drove the CK 3520SE HST around the lot and then discussed the difference in 3520 and the 4020. After this, I decided on the CK4020 SE HST. Doing the paperwork was fast and painless. The delivery driver was on time and very courteous. If I need any other equipment, I'll buy from Cliff Jones again, they seem to take care of their clients
