We used New World Auto Transport for two different transport requests for a luxury vehicle and highly recommend their services! They work fast, deliver on their promises, and communicate very thoroughly. Both times the car arrived before schedule and exactly the same as when it was put on the trailer. This was an absolutely Easy and Painless A+ experience! I got the run around from 2 other brokers before I stumbled onto New World!!! Initially I spoke to Emilio who was on it, I could sense his down to earth, honest, kind, courteous, and personable, personality through the phone... then I somehow had the pleasure of speaking with Steve the owner who sealed the deal... and that was when I knew I was in the right hands! Long story short my price for shipping my Smart car was Less expensive than every other company I spoke with and the Service from end to end was professional all the way down to Eugene the driver who delivered my vehicle! Sorry for the long review... but I'll just say that you guys have my business for life, with referrals! New World Auto Transport is the real deal... In an industry dominated by sketchy bait & switch types, there exists a beacon of light when it comes to transporting cars around the country. Not only does New World Auto Transport, owner Steve Wells list his cell phone # on the site, he will even call you back on a Sunday - in my case without an existing order - in an effort to help. Even better - you’ll be met with a friendly Texan accent! Do not believe the other companies that quote lower prices or earlier delivery dates. Go with the honest ethical company, if you’re needing your car where it needs to be, by a certain time!
