Certified Emissions Testing

Came by here on Monday, June 24th at 2:30pm. I needed to get a state inspection on my car. When I pulled up, there were 3-4 workers in the garage fixing a car. I patiently waited for about 5 mins someone to come over to greet me but none of them acknowledged me. One guy just standing there kept looking my way.. didn’t even bother to come over to ask me what I needed. I got out of my car and stood there to wait staring back at them. Finally someone comes over. Doesn’t say Hi or anything just walks up to me. I tell him I need a state inspection and his response was, “Sorry my system is down.” 😑 Well maybe you should have a sign out front saying that. What a complete waste of time and poor customer service. Go to BP Auto Service, it’s 5 mins down the road and they got everything done in less than 10 mins. And they have great service!

Had to get an inspection, super quick. Asked him about maybe getting a new muffler. I didn’t pull the trigger since I was reluctant but the owner was very informative and from the prices he gave me I’d say it was a great deal.

No longer actually does the state tests! They just kept the signage from previous owner. Plain dumb. Go to BTS (nearby). They were AMAZING!
